Our Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for calling warm direct-to-consumer leads and selling relocation services to customers who are about to enter into the process of moving their belongings from one place to another (sometimes within the same city, other times to a different country). It requires managing an organized pipeline of leads which will be provided to you, pitching them on the value proposition of the company (via phone, email, and text), and following up to close the deal.

Call warm leads to gather details about the upcoming move and provide a quotation
Master the presentation of the company’s value proposition
Listen to customer requirements and objections and respond appropriately to complete a sale
Develop relationships with customers via telephone calls and emails
Respond to incoming email, web, and phone enquiries
Negotiate the prices of the move, delivery dates, and other specifics
Maintain an organized sales pipeline within the company’s CRM software
English language proficiency is a must (the job must be conducted entirely in english)
1+ years of experience in a sales role
Great communication and sales closing skills
Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent follow-up skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve
Self-starter / self-motivated
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience selling in the Transportation Industry is a big plus (e.g. freight brokers)
